1. To order semen shipments call LaSalle Equine Clinic at (406) 257-9399. The stallion breeding manager is Roger Doely. Orders for cooled semen may be made by calling between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Mountain Standard/Daylight Time. All orders must be received no later than 5:00PM MST/MDT the day prior to the regularly scheduled collection days of Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Semen will be shipped by Overnight Federal Express on weekdays and by Delta Dash counter to counter service on Saturday. Delta Dash counter to counter shipments are available on weekdays as well, see applicable fees below.

2. Cooled semen will not be shipped before February 1st.

3. The first shipment of cooled semen is included in both a new paid breeding contract and rebreed fee. Charges for additional orders of semen and futurity breedings are listed below. All fees are subject to change based on Federal Express and Delta Airlines rates, schedules and availability.

4. Semen will not be shipped until credit card information has been received by LaSalle Equine Clinic.

5. Orders are filled on an “as available” basis in the order they are received.

6. We will confirm your order with a tracking number by your choice of phone, fax or e-mail. It is the mare owner’s responsibility to contact the stallion breeding manager if they do not receive a confirmation.

7. Cooled semen is shipped in disposable containers so there is no deposit and no return cost on the shipping container.

8. Requests for FROZEN SEMEN must be made through Select Breeders Southwest Inc., in Aubrey, Texas and are subject to additional fees for special shipping and handling.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THIS FORM

1. A new WINDOW will open after you click the SUBMIT FORM button.
2. Print 1 copy of the completed SEMEN ORDER FORM from your browser for your records.
3. The form is automatically e-mailed to the Breeding Manager when you hit the SUBMIT FORM button.
4. We will send you an e-mail confirmation that the order form has been received.
5. Click on the BACK button on your browser to return to this page.

All fees must be paid in full before the semen is shipped.
If you paid a breeding fee this year the first order of semen is free unless you are requesting same day service (counter-to-counter-air). Please contact us 24 hours in advance for prices and instructions.
